You know how different symbols rise up and become the newest fashion trend? I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but unicorns were a pretty big trend. I think they’re starting to die out. Now I’m seeing a cactus trend (there are so many cactus prints on clothes), donut trend, cat trend and taco trend.
I’d be lying if I told you I didn’t have a shirt with a reference to tacos plastered on the back.
I like the goofy trends, but this is one I will NOT partake in.
Lady bits. They were all over New York Fashion Week. Designers Nan Li and Emilia Pfohl unveiled the collection called “My Pussy, My Choice.” It basically features ridiculous looking outfits bedazzled with vaginas.
I don’t get it. I mean, how grossed out would we all be if dudes started wearing clothing featuring prints of male genitalia? We’d be all, “EW! That’s gross. What a douche.” But when feminists do it, it’s empowering and fashionable. It’s an edgy statement piece!
Also, there’s this. I don’t know what’s happening.
And so on. There’s more. A lot more. You can see other vag-inspired attire here.
I’m sorry, but if you think it’s trendy and fashionable to wear lady bits on your clothing, we can’t be friends.
