ESPN Issues Half-Apology For Anchor’s Anti-Trump Tweets

The other day, ESPN anchor Jemele Hill decided to call President Trump a white supremacist.

Yawn. The #Resistance should really try to get a bit more creative.

Of course, jobless, crappy QB Colin Kaepernick tweeted his support. That kind of talk is right up his alley.

Birds of a feather and all.

Believe it or not, ESPN has issued a response, and it’s NOT in favor of Jemele.

It’s a pretty plain statement. They slapped her on the wrist.

End of story, right? WRONG. How could ESPN betray the left like this?!???!??!?!?!

Meanwhile, everyone is upset that Sarah Huckabee Sanders suggested Jemele’s comments are a fireable offense.

So now there’s a giant debate raging on. Should ESPN fire Jemele?

Basically, this is the dumbest thing that has ever happened, and I’m over it. ESPN sucks. We all know this. I’m actually pleasantly surprised the network even dared to slap Jemele on the wrist. That was more than I expected.

Thoughts on this? Weigh in!
