ADP: Private Sector Added 298,000 Jobs In February

It’s amazing to me that some are so blinded by their unadulterated hatred of President Trump and his policies that they can’t even give this a thumbs up.

According to the ADP National Employment Report, the private sector– I repeat, private sector– added 298,000 in February. That’s a big deal. That’s 108,000 more than economists predicted.

What’s fueling this? It’s actually pretty simple. Confidence in President Trump’s policies.

“Confidence is playing a large role,” Mark Zandi, chief economist of Moody’s Analytics, told CNBC. “Businesses are anticipating a lot of good stuff — tax cuts, less regulation. They are hiring more aggressively.”

Chart from the ADP Research Institute:

Not too shabby, huh?
